Police took computers today to look for clues in the disappearance of Jennifer Wilbanks, 32. The woman failed to return after leaving for her evening jog on Tuesday. Her fiancé reported her missing on Tuesday evening and said all she took with her was her radio and the gray sweats she was wearing. The couple plans to be married on Saturday.
The police resumed their ground search in the 5-mile radius around her home and will concentrate on the wooded areas today. Manpower is greatly reduced as the droves of volunteers didn't return today.
There has been some speculation she may have gotten cold feet for her although police didn't seem to think so.
Police chief Randy Belcher told CBS: This Morning, "We don't believe the wedding had anything to do with it. But we just don't know at this point."
The police found her identification, keys, cash and credit cards. None of the items one would think got left behind in a case of cold feet.
Her fiancé, John Mason, 32, may decide today whether or not to take a polygraph test.
