Two US Soldiers Killed In Baghdad Blast

Another sad day for Americans, it seems that a bomb blast ripped through an Abrams tank in southwestern Baghdad leaving two soldiers dead and four wounded.
Turkishpress.com states…
"A patrol reported striking an improvised explosive device, destroying an Abrams tank. The wounded were evacuated to a military medical treatment facility," the 1st Cavalry Division said in a statement Monday.
Based on the latest Pentagon figures, the death raised to 1,347 the number of US soldiers killed in Iraq since the March 2003 invasion, including 1,060 in combat.
My deepest sympathies go out to the friends and family of those killed in combat.
