Chronopay Teams With ScanAlert

ChronoPay, a European online payment services provider, announced today that it has become an official Premium Partner of ScanAlert.
This partnership enables ChronoPay to certify its merchants to the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. ChronoPay will also begin actively marketing ScanAlert's premium HACKER SAFE certification service to help merchants increase their security levels and to raise their online conversion rates.
Since the company's founding in 2001, ScanAlert's HACKER SAFE certification service has become the world's most viewed web site security trustmark. The company's patent pending security technology is used by over 75,000 web sites, including over half of the Internet Retailer Top 500, to protect them from hackers, while certifying optimal site security to their customers and business partners.
The world's largest provider of PCI compliance services, ScanAlert operates validation programs through partners such as Visa International, the Council of Better Business Bureaus, CyberSource and ChronoPay. These programs have managed the enrollment of more than 150,000 merchants and payment service providers in over 70 countries.
