PC World has put together a list of the 25 worst tech products of all time ("all time" defined as "the last twenty or so years"), and Microsoft products take a lot of spots on the list.

Included are Windows Me at #4, due to numerous bugs and Microsoft Bob at #7, in the "what were they thinking?" category.
Curiously, number 8 is Internet Explorer 6, due to the numerous security woes that have struck the most popular web browser. While it is unfortunate how many problems there have been over the years, IE6 suffered more because it was old and wasn't getting new security features, rather than because it was poorly designed, so I call it at least a little unfair.
Thankfully, number two is RealPlayer, ackowledging that Real, not a Microsoft monopoly, drove themselves into the ground.
