McAfee Named One Of Best Support Sites

The Association of Support Professionals or ASP has named McAfee one of the "Ten Best Web Support Sites of 2006".
This is an award given out once a year to companies who show excellence in online service and support based on 25 separate performance areas.
Winners are picked by a panel of Web support design and implementation experts. Among the categories the panel looks at are:
- overall usability
- design,
- navigation,
- knowledgebase,
- search implementation,
- interactive features,
- personalization
- major site development challenges
As a result of winning the award, McAfee will be part of a book also called "The Ten Best Web Support Sites of 2006", which is due out next month.
