Microsoft has got the latest round of update slated for Tuesday and it includes six security updates including one marked as critical.
Microsoft also plans an updated version of the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool. The tool will be available through Windows Update, Microsoft Update, Windows Server Update Services and the Download Center. Microsoft also plans one other non-security, high priority update through these sites.
Microsoft makes a concerted effort to keep its customer aware by sending out a message every month offering some details of their monthly patch update. This is also part of the effort by Microsoft to improve vulnerabilities through the Windows family of products, a particular weak point for the company in the past. In recent years, the company has dedicate a lot of resources to improving their security.
