...has been selected by the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, Inc. ((ISC)2), the non-profit international leader in educating, qualifying and certifying information security professionals worldwide and currently celebrating the Year of the Information Security Professional, to provide managed services to host (ISC)2's Web, email and multiple online forum services.
"(ISC)2 is dedicated to delivering information security education and certification services to individuals and corporations worldwide and to assist certified professionals throughout their careers," said Anthony T. Baratta, CISSP-ISSAP, ISSMP, SSCP, director of certification and IT for (ISC)2. "ServerVault's secure environment, enhanced managed services, and responsive customer service will help us meet the changing needs of our rapidly growing global constituency."
Formed in 1989 by a group of leading information security organizations, (ISC)2 is the credentialing body for the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), considered the Gold Standard in international information security certifications, and the Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP). It is also the guardian of the CBK, a living compendium of global information security "best practices."
