Symantec announced that Rob Clyde, Symantec's CTO, will participate in a panel discussion at the 2005 TiECON East conference.
The panel, entitled "Security: Corporate & Government Threats and Technologies," is scheduled to take place on Friday, April 29, from 2:00 to 3:15 p.m. EDT at the Sheraton Colonial Center in Wakefield, Mass.
The panel discussion will focus on today's information security landscape and how companies and government agencies can protect themselves against the current cyber threats that pose particular risks to personal information.
As chief technology officer, Rob Clyde helps maintain the technology vision and strategy for Symantec. With more than 25 years of information security experience, Clyde is a recognized industry authority and is a pioneer in the development of intrusion detection and policy compliance products.
