Symantec announced that John W. Thompson, chairman and CEO, will deliver an Industry Leader Presentation at Storage Networking World on Wednesday, April 13, 2005, at 10:45 a.m.

Storage Networking World is being held April 12-15 at the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge Resort in Phoenix, Ariz.

In his address, "Breaking Down the Barriers: Building the Resilient Infrastructure," Thompson will talk about the importance of creating a balance between information security and information availability. He will also discuss how the industry needs to evolve to help customers build a resilient infrastructure, one that remains up, running and growing, no matter what happens.
