Online Singles Community Introduces New Screening Process

Premier Singles has introduced a proprietary screening process for its membership base called Member Verify(tm).
Member Verify(tm) is being implemented to address the main safety concerns of singles that utilize online personals services.
"While many online personals services continue to search for an effective method of providing this type of security procedure, Premier Singles is already leading the industry. Our unique business model of hosting offline events enables us to physically verify people where other services can solely conduct such verification through an online only procedure. I truly feel the online only verification model creates a false sense of security. There's simply no comparison to our Member Verify(tm) program", states Jeff Zakrzewski, CEO of Premier Singles.
"Premier Singles' proprietary Member Verify(tm) program enables our local Marketing Directors to physically meet members at a Premier Singles offline event where they will match members with their identification and online membership information", says John Brewer, CTO of Premier Singles. To become verified, a member will simply be required to attend a special Member Verify(tm) event and present two forms of ID; one of which must be a photo ID such as a valid driver's license. Achieving verified status comes at no additional cost to the member. This proprietary screening process is being implemented in key markets beginning in March of 2005.
"Creating the opportunity for members to become verified will establish a much more active membership base of singles who desire a safe and secure environment for meeting new friends, business contacts and even that special someone. This industry-leading program adds another dynamic dimension to our service for singles in each of our markets. Our Member Verify(tm) Program will create a higher level of trust and peace of mind for all of our members", says Zakrzewski.
In addition to becoming verified, members can achieve Verified Plus(tm) status by completing an additional step that includes a comprehensive background check. Both Member Verify(tm) and Verified Plusä members will receive key privileges both online and offline by completing one or both of these procedures.
