Symantec & Veritas To Webcast Investor Meeting On Merger

Symantec and Veritas will webcast the proceedings of a meeting for the investment community regarding the proposed merger.
All interested parties are invited to listen to Symantec's chairman and chief executive officer, John W. Thompson, discuss the transaction during a webcast on Tuesday, Jan. 11, at 2:15 p.m. GMT/ 9:15 a.m. ET.
Investors will have the opportunity to listen to the meeting and replay the proceedings over the Internet through Symantec's Investor Relations Web site at www.symantec.com/invest. To listen to the live discussions, please go to the Web site at least 15 minutes early to register, download, and install any necessary audio software. For those who cannot listen to the live broadcast, a replay will be available on this site shortly after the call.
