F-Secure's New Partnership With Cogeco Cable

F-Secure and Cogeco Cable announced a partnership to provide Cogeco Cable customers with Internet Security Services including anti-virus, personal firewall, parental control and anti-spam with anti-spyware coming soon.
Cogeco Internet Security Services, powered by F-Secure's managed security service, will be made available to approximately one quarter million Standard and Pro High Speed Internet customers as of December 15th, 2004. With this deal F-Secure enters the Canadian service provider market.
By providing Internet Security Services powered by F-Secure to Cogeco customers as part of their High Speed Internet packages, customers will now have access to the most secure and the fastest High Speed Internet service. Cogeco Security Services will automatically check for updates on an hourly basis; ensuring that customers are always protected against the latest threats.
"This addition to Cogeco Cable's offering positions Cogeco as the fastest and most secure Internet service in Canada adding significant value to our High Speed Internet service," declared Mr. Ron Perrotta, Vice President Marketing and Sales at Cogeco Cable. "Our customers can now be protected with the best in class security products."
