Symantec Partners With CM IT Solutions

Symantec and CM IT Solutions have partnered to deliver comprehensive information security solutions to protect the information assets of small- and medium-sized businesses nationwide.
"Small businesses face the same type of information security threats as large corporations and need a specialized, trusted IT partner to help them assess, enhance, and maintain the security of their information systems," said Randy Cochran, vice president of The Americas channel sales for Symantec. "Leveraging its network of franchisees, CM IT will work with customers to build and monitor a comprehensive security program, based on Symantec solutions, that address the needs of the SMB market."
CM IT Solutions will focus on promoting and implementing Symantec's integrated security, secure remote control, and back up and recovery solutions. The CM IT Solutions and Symantec partnership combine CM IT's broad reach into the small business market with Symantec's award-winning solutions, positioning both companies to better address the needs of this customer segment.
