SealedMedia Deploys Document Security Solution At Citrix Systems

SealedMedia announced the successful deployment of its Document Security solution at Citrix Systems.
Citrix Systems is using the SealedMedia solution to protect Citrix Certified Instructor (CCI) manuals to be globally distributed to over 500 CCIs.
The SealedMedia Document Security Solution gives customers the ability to protect and control sensitive documents no matter where they are used or stored. Enterprises realize that existing perimeter security solutions, while important, do little to protect actual documents from leaking out and that sensitive documents require their own security solution.
Citrix Systems wanted to provide a higher level of service to its customers while making sure the company could easily and securely protect its manuals. The SealedMedia solution allows Citrix Systems to meet both needs.
"We evaluated several options, but the SealedMedia solution provided the most complete enterprise document security solution. The role-based rights model, which ensures usability, and the post-delivery document control were key factors that led to our decision to choose SealedMedia," stated Karl Liebman, Senior Director of Citrix Consulting and Education, Corporate.
"We were looking to securely distribute our instructor course manuals electronically from one central location and control usage of our documents," continued Liebman. "With SealedMedia, we are confident that the documents are secure, up-to-date and easily tracked."
