Integrated Security Systems' wholly owned subsidiary, Intelli-Site, has completed an OEM agreement with SoftWorks LLC.

Under the terms of the renewable one-year OEM Agreement, Intelli-Site will develop and provide, under license, interface to the complete range of SoftWorks access control products, and will deliver a name-branded security integration "head-end" software product ("LockDown by SoftWorks") to be marketed by SoftWorks LLC.

"This agreement adds both breadth and depth to our Intelli-Site distribution effort and we expect significant sales going forward." said G.M. Ulibarri, President of Intelli-Site, Inc.

"It is our intention to replace existing site software on 300+ sites with Intelli-Site software. It is also our intention to utilize Intelli-Site software on numerous upcoming projects. Intelli-Site software with our "LockDown" brand will also be offered on a national level to correctional, and high end government security projects beginning in November, through our Chicago based distributor." commented Ken Curry, President of Softworks, LLC.

Headquartered in Irving, Texas, ISSI is a technology company that provides products and services for homeland security needs. ISSI also designs, develops and markets safety equipment and security software to the commercial, industrial and governmental marketplaces.
