eLinear recently finalized terms for a partnership and announced a reseller agreement with Infoblox.
Under the terms of the agreement, eLinear will sell Infoblox's Network Identity family of appliances, including the DNS One and the RADIUS One. With Infoblox's products, eLinear can now offer its customers a full range of solutions to secure and simplify the identity protocols that connect applications to the network.
eLinear also provides thin client offerings including assessment, design and implementation, as well as physical security systems including CCTV, cameras and smart card secure access.
"Prior to this partnership, we provided a lot of services in the way of vulnerability assessments and protection and detection, but we did little at the authentication stage. The Infoblox appliances allow us to now offer services throughout the entire process, taking us closer to being a one-stop security solutions shop," said Kevan Casey, CEO of eLinear. "Infoblox's RADIUS One and DNS One devices will enable us to offer a more robust security solution to our clients."
Infoblox's hardened appliances offer simple, plug-and-play installation in any existing client network configuration and can be up and running in a matter of minutes. DNS One and RADIUS One appliances can offload DNS, DHCP and RADIUS services from general-purpose servers that handle multiple functions. Infoblox's purpose-built, high-availability (HA) appliances can manage these services, freeing network resources and providing increased security for these critical services.
"Partnering with eLinear, one of the industry's premier solutions providers, is important to the continued distribution of DNS One and RADIUS One appliances," stated Chris Roeckl, senior director of marketing at Infoblox. "We now have a unique opportunity to reach more potential Infoblox customers than ever before. eLinear's sales coverage, expertise and commitment to customer service will allow Infoblox to extend its service reach and continue to provide secure network identity appliances to many business enterprises."
