Symantec today announced that John W. Thompson, Symantec's chairman and chief executive officer, will present at the Banc of America Securities Annual Investment Conference.

Thompson's presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 21, at 3:30 p.m. PT in San Francisco.
