McAfee GroupShield for Microsoft Exchange Undergoes Rigorous Testing by VeriTest to Ensure Interoperability with Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
McAfee today announced that McAfee GroupShield for Microsoft Exchange has achieved "Microsoft Certified for Windows Server 2003" status through VeriTest, the testing division of Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. (LIOX). With Microsoft Windows Server 2003 certification through VeriTest, IT administrators can help ensure that McAfee GroupShield executes correctly on Windows Server-based servers, installs and uninstalls cleanly, and complies with security requirements set forth by Microsoft.
McAfee GroupShield for Microsoft Exchange offers comprehensive industry leading secure content management protection for Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 and Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, delivering anti-virus protection, advanced content management and an optional McAfee SpamKiller anti-spam add-on to help protect Microsoft Exchange 2000 and Exchange 2003 platforms from today's most advanced email threats. With Microsoft Windows Server 2003 certification conducted by VeriTest, McAfee users can anticipate that McAfee GroupShield will perform as expected and integrate effectively into Windows Server 2003 environments.
