noHold the acknowledged leader in web based self-service solutions, announces that Symantec, leader in the security software industry, selected noHold's InstantSupport.
A customer since 2002, Symantec uses InstantSupport to strengthen the customer experience for support and Renewal Management on its site.
Headquartered in Cupertino, California, and with operations in more than thirty-five countries, Symantec chose noHold InstantSupport after facing the dilemma of exceeding customer expectation, reducing support costs, and increasing sales. By using the noHold solution, the company reduced call center dependency, optimized cross-selling opportunities, and empowered customers to find answers on their own terms.
After a four-week implementation period, InstantSupport was live at Symantec.com. noHold's tool redirects 55,000 people per week (an average of 40% of sessions initiated) to the Symantec order page.
