Shareholders are not required to submit their shares for replacement certificates.

The Company is currently negotiating to acquire Systems Resource Management, a 25 year old, Rhode Island based, defense project management and IT firm whose largest customer is the Naval Undersea Warfare Center.
The Company expects to announce additional acquisitions.
