The latest release of Qualcomm's Eudora mail client now features Google search. Eudora incorporates Google's search into a toolbar that will allow you to search both Eudora and the Internet.

With Google being integrated into Eudora, users can now right click, or ctrl click (Mac) a word and then choose the word in a contextual menu. Google then performs a search of the selected keyword.

Other features in Eudora 6.1 include a "Transfer to Selection" option, which allows users to designate mailboxes to transfer messages. IMAP synchronization has also been improved. Eudora also features Junk mail statistics, which tell the user how much of their mail is legitimate mail and how much is spam.

Thanks to TidBITS for the heads-up.
