Shopping.com LTD filed to go public with US regulators on Tuesday. The offering is worth an estimated $75 million.
The company is an online shopping comparison company, and runs such websites as epinions.com, and Shopping.com. It provides free services for its members. Shopping.com also receives referral fees from merchants for customers that come from a Shopping.com link.
Plans for the use of IPO include funding of business acquisitions, as well as products and technology purchases.
