Question: I have lost some of my displays in my IncrediMail program, which are just jpeg files made into stationery. I cannot see the pictures, it is like everything has shifted to the left and down, and the pictures are out of my view. In some e-mails I recieve I cannot see the pictures.

I cannot change the text to any other color but black. When I browse web sites I can usally see the picture but not always, the background color is always white and not the color as set up by the designer.

I have reloaded Microsoft Windows Explorer 6, I have reset Web settings, I have gone into Tools /Int Options/Multimedia and clicked on Show Pictures.

Can you help me ? I even paid a guy for a couple hours time and he couldn't figure out the problem plus i spent most of this evening with some one from Earthlink's chat/help connection and they could not find the problem.

Thanks in advance for your help,
Patricia

Carey's Response: IncrediMail places Spyware on your computer. If you want something just as good, and no Spyware and no pop-ups, and no Ads, try www.my.myway.com. I strongly suggest you un-install IncrediMail and do not use it in the future.

If you want to stick with IncrediMail, you'll need to contact them directly at: http://www.incredimail.com/english/contact.html.

If you purchased any products from them, they will give you free technical support. If the product was free, I have to go back to my last recommendation to remove it from your system. Most people find the animations and backgrounds annoying and they selfishly occupy 5-6 times as much space (or more) in your recipients e-mail box. Since most people have a very limited space for e-mail, it's a bit inconsiderate to use these cartoons and such as they are not necessary to the communication of the message you are trying to convey to the other person.

Thanks for writing,
Carey
